RFP Brief prepares written analyses ("briefs") of US government solicitations. A brief may include a bid/no-bid assessment, a compliance matrix, key dates, a proposal outline, risks and suggested questions for the Contracting Officer. Briefs are delivered by email as PDF and Excel files.
Briefs are provided for information only. They are not legal, contracting, accounting or financial advice, and they do not replace your own review. You are responsible for verifying every requirement against the solicitation and all amendments before you submit a proposal. RFP Brief is not affiliated with any government agency.
We work only from solicitation documents that the government has released publicly, for example on SAM.gov or PIEE. Do not send us controlled unclassified information (CUI), classified or export-controlled material, or third-party proprietary information. If such material is sent to us, we will delete it and not use it.
Any company profile or contact details you share are used only to prepare and deliver your briefs and to communicate with you. We do not sell or share them. You can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to [email protected].
Standard delivery is within 24 hours of receiving the solicitation number and, for paid briefs, payment. Rush delivery is within 8 hours. If a package is unusually large or a document is unavailable, we will tell you before starting.
Prices are in US dollars as listed on this site at the time of your order. Paid briefs are invoiced through PayPal and payable before delivery. Bid Desk is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current month. 5-Pack briefs can be used within 6 months of purchase.
If we cannot deliver a brief you have paid for, we refund it in full. Once a brief has been delivered, it is not refundable, but if something in it is wrong, tell us and we will correct it at no charge.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any brief is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost contracts or profits, arising from the use of a brief.
